It’s that time of year again. The time where we do more work than play out at the lake getting everything ready for summer. We rake the leaves up, trim the trees and generally clean it all up. This year we moved trailers around to make room for my Brother-in-law’s new trailer. That gave us the chance to safely take down a couple of trees as well.
You heard me right. Free!
In an effort to boost my portfolio, I’m offering free environmental & natural light portraits, digital files only.
Starting in October of this year and running for a month or two, I’ll be taking and filling requests for environmental and natural light portraits. Singles, couples, families, kids, work groups, I’ll work with you to try to get the best photo for you. All I ask is that you allow me to use the photos in my portfolio.
If you are interested and in the Edmonton area drop me an email with your name, phone number, location of where you’d like to have portraits done and we will try to set something up. Obviously I can’t get to everyone but I will try my best.
Well, I’m off to the lake for a much needed week off. We have a trip to Cold Lake planned where there are lots of sail boats at the marina for me to photograph. Also, the boy and I are doing a road trip between Smokey Lake and Rich Lake to take photos of old abandonded farms. I love those. Watch for photos/videos the following week if I can get them done in time.
Enjoy the week.
Wow! That was a crazy week and a bit. Still not completely moved out of the old house. Just a little bit of stuff left in the garage. The house is empty and cleaned ( thanks Mom ) but still a bit of garage to go. I just had no place to put it at the new house. Good thing we have a couple more weeks before we have to be out.
Here are my helpers hoofing boxes.
What a crazy day this one was.
For now the house is full of boxes, the garage is full of boxes and we never new we had so much stuff. Can you say garage sale? Well I’ll try to keep up with posting now that I am back at work.
Just letting you know that I’m going to be offline for a bit while we are moving. I’m not sure when I’ll be able to get back online to post but it shouldn’t be too long. I’ll post all my photos of the day as well as some shots of the new house when I get back.
I’m sure you will all miss me. LOL.
We had a visit from a cat yesterday that put the kids into a frenzy. This is their first experience with a cat. We just don’t have many in our area. This one was very friendly indeed. Purring the whole time. She stayed for about 1/2 hour then moved on. I’m sure she will be back.
I love this fridge magnet.
